April 13, 2019,Sponsored by the College of Literature of Beijing Normal University, the second "Morning Light · Youth Chinese Classical Poetry Joint Singing" activity was held in the Beijing Teacher Hall of Beijing Normal University,Eleven students from the West Garden Poetry Club of Tsinghua High School participated in the activity under the leadership of Ms. Zhou Xiaoling, the current head of the club, and Ms. Zhang Hanbin, the president of the club。

With the theme of "Du Fu · National Dream", the performance opened with the kindergarten singing "Out" and the Beijing Normal University Nanshan Poetry Society "Guest", which was mainly divided into two parts: "The country · the mountains and rivers are magnificent" and "Home · The Garden is full of spring"。"Happy Rain on a Spring Night" performed by the West Garden Poetry Club of the High School attached to Tsinghua University belongs to the part of "Home and garden full of spring"。

On the day of the performance, 9 students dressed in white and green costumes, with guzheng and Zhongruan, the overall style is beautiful and elegant, perfect interpretation of Du Fu's early spring rain scene。The students showed their new aesthetic feeling and spiritual understanding of poetry through singing, and also brought a audio-visual feast of classical poetry singing to the audience。Yu Jiamin from Beijing Normal University participated in the early singing guidance work of the poetry club。

The participating teams are from Beijing Normal University, the Affiliated High School of Tsinghua University, the Third Affiliated High School of Beijing Normal University, the Affiliated High School of Beijing University of Science and Technology, the 35th Middle School of Beijing, the Affiliated School of Beijing Normal University, and Yueyang Primary School of Songjiang District in Shanghai,Guqin player Jia Jianjun and teachers' representatives from the Youth Chinese Studies Program Alliance also participated in the performance

The West Garden Poetry Club of the High School Attached to Tsinghua University was founded in 2017 by the Chinese Language Group of the Junior High School Attached to Tsinghua University with 48 members。This is the second time that the High School Affiliated to Tsinghua University has participated in the "Morning Light · Youth Classical Chinese Poetry Joint Singing" activity sponsored by the College of Literature of Beijing Normal University. The West Garden Poetry Club of the High School Affiliated to Tsinghua University will use this platform to carry forward the tradition of classical poetry singing。
